Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to business orders supplied by Xinruisheng New Materials Co., Ltd. Because many artificial greenery products are manufactured, packed or customized for a specific order, eligibility depends on the production status and the written terms confirmed for that order.

1. Cancellations before production

Submit cancellation requests in writing as soon as possible. If production and material preparation have not started, we will review the request and confirm any refundable amount after deducting payment processing, sampling, design or other costs already incurred.

2. Custom and made to order products

Orders made to approved samples, drawings, dimensions, foliage combinations, colors, packaging or branding generally cannot be cancelled or returned after production begins. Any exception must be agreed in writing.

3. Incorrect, missing or defective products

Inspect the shipment promptly. If the products do not match the confirmed specification, are missing, or have a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number, product code, affected quantity, carton labels, photographs and a clear description of the issue.

4. Review and remedies

We will compare the claim with the approved sample, specification, inspection records and shipping documents. Depending on the verified issue, the agreed remedy may include replacement parts, replacement products, repair support, credit toward a future order or a refund for the affected goods.

5. Returns

Do not return products without written authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Unless the return results from a verified manufacturing error, the buyer is responsible for return freight, customs charges and safe packaging.

6. Natural product variation and site conditions

Minor differences in foliage position, texture and color can occur between samples and production batches and are not automatically defects. Claims caused by unsuitable installation, cutting, misuse, abnormal exposure, poor maintenance or conditions outside the agreed product specification are not eligible for a refund.

7. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where practical. Bank fees, currency conversion differences and third party charges may be deducted where allowed by the order terms. Processing time depends on the payment channel and banking system.
